Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Exchange Policy
We currently offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, store credit or refund options may be offered.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable

COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full resolution at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
