Shipping Coverage

TREVO currently ships to all serviceable locations within India.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sale periods, product launches, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 anywhere in India.

Standard Shipping

A flat shipping fee of ₹199 will be charged on orders below ₹2,000.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner's tracking page.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts before returning the package.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

TREVO will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:

  1. Do not accept the package if possible.
  2. Take clear photographs of the package.
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, TREVO cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
